Main characters

1- Working principle:the product go through the homogenizing valve with adjustable gap at high speed under high pressure. The high speed impacting, shearing, pressure loss explosion and other comprehensive effects will smash the large particles into small pieces (diameter about 0.01 to 2µm)so as to obtain a stable emulsion and good taste.
2- It is a purely physical process that can maintain the original activity of the product.
3- The homogenizing pressure is 15~120MPa depending on the different products and different process flow.
4- There aresingle plunger, double plungers, three plungers, fourplungers or five plunger pistons according to the processing capacity.
5- Homogenizing valve, one-way valve, plunger are all made of special alloy steel which is of high wear resistance, impact resistance and long life; various sealing materials have the characteristics of wear resistance, high temperature resistance, non-toxic and longlife.
