1- Simple and reasonable structure and reliable &convenient operation. 2- All stainless steel structure; spiral product feeding; equipped with a safe insulation layer. 3- According to the technological requirements of various materials, the scalding temperature and time is adjustable, which is suitable for all kinds of fruits of vegetables. 4- It mainly consists of a feeding hopper, outlet, inner cylinder, outer cylinder, spiral, inlet air pipe, water inlet pipe, the driving device, framework and other parts. The material is added into the feed inlet and enters into the spiral scalding machine. The steam is passed into the jacket between the inner and outer cylinder, then to heat the product insider the inner cylinder till the set temp value. Under the action of spiral propeller, the materials go forward while heating. After reaching the required temperature and time of the process, the materials will output from the discharge outlet. 5- In order to ensure the safety, each section of the cylinder body is equipped with a safety valve and the steam pressure gauge for the user to adjust the steam pressure; the equipment is provided with a thermometer to check whether the heating temperature meets the technical requirements or not. 6- The drive system is steplessly speed adjustable so that the user can adjust the scalding time and rotating speed as per different product’s processing technologies. |
