Main features |
1. Ultrafiltration is one of the membrane separation technology with pressure as the driving force. 2. The charge is juice of fruit or vegetable prefiltration separation(such as disc centrifugation), and the solids content can not be too large. 3. It consists of the inlet pipe type membrane module, circulating pump, booster pump, automatic electrical instrument control system, CIP cleaning system, feeding system, stainless steel cooling device, precision filter, frame and other auxiliary parts. 4. High filtration rate; membrane flux can be maintained at more than 80-90LMH. 5. Membrane system has very strong anti pollution ability, can operate for long time and maintain stable flux, based on the practical experience, can continuously feed, continuously filtering without shutdown to clean, and can always maintain high throughput. 6. Membrane system is simple and easy to clean, after the operation is completed, the cleaning is simple and easy, and the cleaning time is not more than 1 hour. 7. System can replace the membrane core, no need to replace the outer tube. 8. Over-flow parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel, and all the sealing parts are made of food grade silicone rubber or fluorine rubber. 9. All stainless steel pipeline welding adopts automatic argon filling protection, single side welding, double-sided molding, outer surface of pipes are excellent in quality; the system uses full closed pipeline type operation with simple operation; film and auxiliary materials are non polluting materials, site clean can effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers to meet FDA's regulatory requirements. |
