It can effectively remove the peel and pit; the recovery of pulp is up to 99.5%.
2) Cold pitting unit (dedicated to the peach, apricot, plum)
- Integration of Italian advanced technology, the machine is well developed and specially used to cold pitting of peaches, apricots, plums and other stone fruits. Thoroughly pitting, high efficiency and complete separation of flesh and stone can effectively improve the utilization rate of pulp, and recovery rate of pulp is up to 99.5%.

- It mainly consists of frame, feed hopper, fruit pressing device, crank connecting rod mechanism, roller (drum vinyl), teeth roll, Device for choosing pulp (comb board), flesh fruit separation device, a speed reducer, a protection panel, and a hopper for collecting fruit pulp.
- Working principle: Press the raw material into two rollers through certain equipment. The proper distance between the rolls is set according to different fruits. The fruit is fed into the hopper by the front road equipment, and the fruit plate is driven by the crank connecting rod mechanism to press the fruit into the two rollers. The two roller rotate mutually; part of the fruit pulp is pressed into teeth roller’s gap; pit is squeezed in an elastic rubber roller; comb plate scoops out the pulp from the tooth disc space. Fruit and pit separately enter into two different collecting hoppers. The machine is equipped with a panel, to prevent leakage of fruit in the processing time.
